I sent the below information to a customer who wanted to understand what it’s like to work with us.

It wasn’t a “sales” letter, I wasn’t trying to convince him we were a good fit or anything. In fact, his sister told him to use us, and that was good enough for him. Obviously, she was super happy with the results of her book publishing experience! But he still was not clear on the process. And this is my fault, as the publisher.
